Located in Rockefeller Center and featuring the renowned cuisine of Chef Laurent Tourondel, Brasserie Ruhlmann already has an established clientele. What they wanted, however, was to target younger audiences and reach a more digital crowd. They were looking to boost their brunch crowd, promote their happy hour, and engage with local New Yorkers more.
We decided to launch an Instagram campaign, which, through labels on their menus, prompted guests to photograph their experience and hashtag #BrasserieRuhlmann. We then monitored all mentions on social media, and featured select photos on Brasserie Ruhlmann’s homepage. This allowed us to directly interact with their clientele and increase digital engagement.
We also took advantage of the Vine platform to launch a short video promoting Brasserie Rulmann’s famous Soupe à l’Onion. Below is the attached video.
